PDL-Profit affiliate program conditions for webmasters.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
PDL-Profit affiliate program gives webmasters an opportunity to work with offers of their
advertisers as CPA and CPL.
PDL-Profit uses its own software placed on their own domains and subdomains.
To join the program, a webmaster must go through the registration process by filling in all
necessary fields, and (in some cases) wait up to 24 hours until our moderator checks and
accepts the profile.
PDL-Profit administration reserves the right to refuse registration or access to any or all
offers without any explanation.
II. MAIN REQUIREMENTS
To attract visitors with the offers of the advertisers, you can use:
Websites of the webmasters.
Context, banner, and teaser advertising networks.
Social media.
Doorways that are created to get traffic from search engines using low-frequency
queries.
Arbitrate systems (buy-sell) of traffic.
Other sources, only after a prior agreement with PDL-Profit administration.
Requirements to websites:
Webmaster’s website must be placed on the paid hosting (pre-landings and similar
pages may be regarded as exceptions).
Website shouldn’t violate legislation of Ukraine.
Content on the website shouldn’t violate any individual rights and freedom, rights
of intellectual property or copyrights.
Website shouldn’t include or provide the link to other sources that include
(including but not limited):
Inappropriate language.
Pornography.
Promotion of the services for adults, such as phone sex, or escort.
Content that raises racial, ethnic, or political rivalry.
Investment or any other financial offers with a knowingly false information,
or information that is misleading or fraud.
Encouragement or distribution of unlawful kinds of activity.
In case it will be detected that the websites webmasters use to get traffic violate
the above-mentioned rules, our administration reserves the right to cease
cooperation with the webmaster without payments and explanation of the reasons.
Requirements to the sources of traffic from social media:
The source (group, fan or personal page) shouldn’t include:
Pornography.
Promotion of the services for adults, such as phone sex, or escort.
Content that raises racial, ethnic, or political rivalry.
Investment or any other financial offers with a knowingly false information,
or information that is misleading or fraud.
Encouragement or distribution of unlawful kinds of activity.
The source shouldn’t include definite signs of the automated attraction of users
(including but not limited to):
A huge number of the “dead” profiles among subscribers.
Comments under the posts that have no sense.
Monotonous and meaningless content.
In case it will be detected that the websites webmasters use to get traffic violate
the above-mentioned rules, our administration reserves the right to cease
cooperation with the webmaster without payments and explanation of the reasons.
Requirements to the advertising materials that are placed in the context or banner networks
It is prohibited to use graphic text elements (including but not limited to):
Misleading information about the provided services.
A knowingly false information about discounts.
Information that harms both advertiser’s reputation and brand.
Advertiser has a right to provide additional requirements to the content placed on
the website, which will be described in the conditions of the offer provided by the
advertiser.
In case it will be detected that webmasters use the content that violates the
above-mentioned conditions, the administration reserves the right to cease
cooperation with the webmaster without giving payments and explanation of the
reasons.
Requirements to doorways:
It is prohibited to use the doorways that are placed on the broken sources.
It is prohibited to use doorways that are promoted with the help of the broken
sources.
Additional requirements to traffic:
PDL-Profit CPA network doesn’t get traffic from other CPA networks. In case it will
be detected that a webmaster uses the websites to get traffic that violate the
above-mentioned rules, the administration reserves the right to cease cooperation
with the webmaster without payments and explanation of the reasons.
III. LIMITATIONS.
It is forbidden to create 2 or more accounts on our website. The account will be regarded as
duplicate if your payment data, IP address, or the source of traffic (groups in the social
media) coincide entirely or partially. In case you forgot your password, it is necessary to
use the option of a password reset. If any controversial situation arises, it is necessary
to contact our support by using the feedback form or any other contacts available on our
website.
Webmaster is not allowed to:
Use the sources that are forbidden by the conditions of our affiliate program or the
conditions of the offer.
Use the sources that violate legislation of Ukraine, including the legislation about
intellectual property.
Use any traffic generated from the systems of active advertising (seoprint, wmmail,
etc.)
Ignore any requests of our administration to provide information about the traffic
sources or any other information regarding performance of a webmaster in a
PDL-Profit affiliate program.
Confuse administration in any possible way.
Cheat.
Reach goals alone.
Reach goals with the help of other users by requesting help or offering rewards,
making fraud or misleading actions.
Use objectionable email marketing (spam) to attract users or other webmasters.
Use graphic or other promotional materials that have nothing to do with the target
offer, including any materials related to another product or brand to get traffic.
Use a knowingly false information about an offer to get traffic.
Initiate automatic actions of visitors using scripts, bots, and other methods.
Use any other spam methods to get traffic and/or actions (including cookie
stuffing, cookie dropping)
Webmasters who are employees in other CPA-networks of the financial vertical are not allowed
to work on our project as webmasters.
IV. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Webmaster is obliged to:
Strictly follow all current Conditions.
Always provide only true information about their activity under a PDL-Profit affiliate program.
Promptly react on requests of a PDL-Profit Administration, including overcoming the reasons of advertiser’s complaints as for content and quality of the promotional materials and the methods of their promotion.
ATTENTION! Administration of PDL-Profit reserves the right to penalize a webmaster if the webmaster provides no reply to the Administration’s requests within 12 hours.
Webmaster has a right to:
Get timely payments.
Request technical support.
Ask for statistics or any other data that can be distributed among webmasters upon request.
Consider other requests from webmasters on solving controversial situations.
Ask Administration to consider an incensement of the commission we pay to a webmaster.
PDL-Profit Administration is obliged to:
Provide timely payments.
Provide statistics and any other data that are to be distributed among webmasters upon their requests.
Provide technical support.
Review any other requests from webmasters and solve contentious situations.
Notify a webmaster about any issues with their account and help solve the conflicts between affiliate program, advertiser, and other webmasters who are working with the affiliate program.
Notify a webmaster about any updates and changes in the conditions of affiliate program and functionality.
PDL-Profit Administration has a right to:
In order to check the data specified by a webmaster, also quality of the traffic that is generated by the webmaster (including the cases when it is done upon request of an advertiser), and in case of any evident reason to suspect that a webmaster violates the existing conditions, we may cease payments for a period until the situation will be clarified.
Block the source that violates the Conditions, including the case when it is done upon request of an advertiser temporary or for good.
Block account of a webmaster upon complaints of an advertiser as for the traffic they get from the webmaster.
Block account without any chance to unblock it and without a possibility to get refund from the balance in case a webmaster doesn’t reply on requests of Administration or doesn’t use the system within 3 months.
Make any changes to statistics upon the results of verification with advertisers and upon the reasons related to technical troubleshooting or technical service.
V. PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Webmasters get payments to WebMoney, PayPal, Privat24, Payoneer, the numbers of their accounts should be specified in the control panel (which is a personal space inside a website). When you enter into the contract, it is possible to get payments through the bank.
Conditions for payments:
Payments are issued upon request in the control panel of the webmaster on the day when request has been sent if it was made until 12:00 (GMT+2), and on the next day if it was made after 12:00 (GMT+2).ss
A minimum sum of the first payment is $100
Any payments requested on weekend or festive day will be shifted on the coming workday.

Проверка качества трафика может занимать от 10 до 45 дней.
Администрация оставляет за собой право отказать вебмастеру в выплате по результатам
проверки качества трафика.
VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
Administration reserves the right to change the conditions without any prior notice.
In case traffic is generated by increasing clicks or leads using fraud actions, PDL-Profit Administration reserves the right to block access for such a partner to all programs and give no commissions. Webmaster is responsible itself to give proofs that they make no fraud actions.
PDL-Profit administration marks accounts that look suspicious in the following cases:
CTR that are much higher than those industry average without any solid grounds.
When the provided leads are determined by our administration as fraudulent.
While using automatic programs to generate both clicks and leads.
While using unlawful methods of promotion.
In case a webmaster violates these conditions, PDL-Profit Administration has a right to:
Cease payments for this account for the term up to 180 until the situation will be clarified.
Block account and cease access to the system, withdrawal of funds, and further unlocking.
Administration reserves the right to block any account without any prior notice, explanation, and cash payments.
